The Scott ARM Specification for external painted aluminum, anodized aluminum (composite Panels), stainless steel, Window glass and external granite, etc. All Scottframe Specifications are all thoroughly field tested, for the preservation and maintenance of these substrates. We are firmly convinced that preservation type maintenance on the facade should be performed at least two times per year following one or more of the aforementioned specifications. Airborne contaminants, pollution, acid rain and improper technology and use of either highly alkaline or acidic cleaning materials by other contractors will tarnish and mar the aforementioned substrates, and will damage sealants, gaskets at the sealant joints.
